Where free delivery is offered (such as on orders over a named amount) Blue for Boys
reserves the right to despatch items via a delivery service of its own choosing -
such as via Second Class Royal Mail or Parcel Post. Where free delivery is offered/claimed
the total value of goods must exceed the stated amount (qualifying for free delivery)
after all discounts have been applied.
Standard UK Delivery
All items will be shipped as soon as possible - normally within 4 days and our standard delivery charge is £2.95 for all mainland UK postcodes. Should there be a delay in your order you will be informed. Our carrier aims to deliver all items within 5 working days of receipt. Other postcodes or overseas delivery addresses may incur additional charges. You will be informed upon receipt of your order.
Next Day Delivery
For next-day delivery a surcharge of £9.95 is payable for the first item and £1.00 for every additional item. To ensure a "Next Day" delivery please order before 2pm. Please note that a signature will be required on receipt for next day deliveries. Please ‘phone us if you need to request a special delivery arrangement.
Overseas Delivery
All prices quoted are for UK delivery only. When goods are posted ex-UK the purchaser accepts responsibility to pay all import taxes. Ex-UK postage prices on application.
Packaging
We try to use only recycled packaging so please don’t be surprised if the box/packet has been used before. Please let us know if you want only new packaging used - we will need to charge an extra £3.
Despatch Note
We include a dispatch note in all our packages - to have your order delivered without a dispatch note included in the package please let us know via our Contact Us page.
Proof of Postage
Proof of postage is obtained for all despatched orders. In the unlikely event of an order not arriving the carrier will be contacted to ascertain the whereabouts of the order; if the order cannot be traced then Blue for Boys will instigate proceedings to obtain compensation from the carrier on behalf of the customer. A refund will only be made once the carrier has paid compensation to Blue for Boys.
Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us straight away and we will ensure complete satisfaction.
Cancellation
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are fully entitled to cancel your order after you have made a purchase. This must be done within seven days of receiving the goods and full re-payment (less postage) will be made to you within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. While we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
Offers and off-site pricing
Where prices might be offered on other websites and listings (e.g. Ebay) such prices may not be used with offers through other media (such as advertising) unless otherwise stated. To wit a discounted price shown on Ebay may be excluded from Member discounts and other offers through www.BlueforBoys.co.uk. Only one offer may be redeemed against each order.
Price Promise
If you can find our products cheaper elsewhere (cost of postage included), we will discount ours by twice the difference. The following terms apply:
1. This offer applies before purchase only.
2. Blue for Boys will only accept one such claim per customer per order.
3. The product must be identical, in stock and available for immediate delivery.
4. Only prices after Blue for Boys discounts have been applied will be considered.
5. Blue for Boys’ decision on whether a competitor's product matches is final.
6. This offer does not apply to prices you have been quoted for seconds or bulk orders.
7. We reserve the right to refuse a price beat at any time.

Governing Law
The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Thank you for your interest in our competition. Should you enter we will notify you within 21 days of the competition expiry date as to whether you have won.

1. You must be resident in the UK to enter our competitions.
2. Employees of Blue for Boys and any company associated to the specific competition and their families are not eligible to enter the competition.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Proof of sending e-mail is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
5. The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition.
6. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the closing date.
7. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
9. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon notification.
10. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. Blue for Boys will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.
12. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
13. Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Blue for Boys and its business and personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
14. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
15. Use of false name or address, eg name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. Blue for Boys reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by Blue for Boys before such person may claim their prize. In certain circumstances, Blue for Boys shall, at its discretion, require any person to present themselves in person supported by such documentation for identification purposes (we will reimburse all reasonable travel costs incurred) prior to releasing the prize.
16. Contestants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by Blue for Boys will be excluded from the competition.
17. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
18. We will keep your personal details for a reasonable time so that we can send you any prize that you have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. We may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf.
19. Blue for Boys may at any time issue specific rules to be read in conjunction with these rules.
